Used for filtration, de-aeration and volume flow metering of the received milk.

MILK PASTEURIZATION PLANT

By the applied thermal treatment at different temperatures (72...85º C), it destroys the pathogen bacteria and the majority of the undesirable microflora in milk.

Heat recovery degree: - min. 80%
Heat transfer efficiency: - min .95%

Heating media: hot water or steam

Components: - stainless steel tank with level sensors and lid, for feeding the pasteurizer; - centrifugal pump for feeding the pasteurizer; - overpressure centrifugal pump; - pasteurizer; - thermometers, pressure gauges; - connections for milk separator and milk homogenizer; - temperature recorder (on paper); - pneumatic valve to re-circulate the not pasteurized milk; - stainless steel frame; - control panel; - electric and automation plant which controls and displays the milk pasteurization temperature, records it on paper and sends the values to the data acquisition system.

FRESH MILK PRODUCTS AND CREAM PREPARATION PLANT

Output:- 500 – 1000 – 2000 l/batch

Intended to pasteurize, to hold and to cool the milk or the cream to the temperature needed for adding the bacteria culture to prepare fresh milk products (yoghurt, sour milk, “sana”, kefir, etc.) or sour cream.

Heating agent: - hot water at 98ºC
Cooling agent: - ice-water at 1ºC or tap water

Components: - stainless steel tank; - plate heat exchanger; - recirculation pump for heating or cooling of the product and for transfer it to the filling machines; - electric and automation plant to control the process parameters (temperature, time), with the possibility to transmit the values to the data acquisition system.

AUTOMATED FILLING MACHINE IN PLASTIC BAGS

Output: - max. 1800 pieces/h
Dosage: - 500...1000 ml

The machine forms the bag from polyethylene film in a reel, fills the milk, seals the bag and mechanically press the production date. The machine is provided with UV system to sterilize the plastic film.

SEMI-AUTOMATED FILLING MACHINE IN BAGS AND PET

Output - about 300 pieces/h
Dosage - 500...1000 ml
Packing materials - preformed polyethylene bags - PET bottles

In case of polyethylene bags, the filling and the sealing processes are automated, but the operator handles the bag from the filling mechanism to the sealing mechanism.

In case of PET bottles, the filling is automated and the operator handles the bottle to the filling mechanism and to the capping mechanism.

AUTOMATED FILLING MACHINE IN CUPS

Output - about 1200 pieces/h, (according to the dosage and to the viscosity
of the product)



Dosage - 200...500 ml
Intended - for filling of sour cream and fresh milk products (yoghurt, “sana”, kefir etc)
Packing materials - preformed, thermo-sealable cups, Ø = 75 and 95 mm - aluminum film caps, thermo-sealable, with Ø= 75 and 95 mm


The machine performs the followings: takes the cup from cups dispenser, fills the cup, takes the cap from caps dispenser, seals the cup, marks the production date on the cap and pushes the cup to the discharge conveyor.

Intended - for filling of sour cream and fresh milk products (yoghurt, “sana”, kefir etc)
Packing materials - preformed, thermo-sealable cups, Ø = 75 and 95 mm - aluminum film caps, thermo-sealable, with Ø = 75 and 95 mm


Automated operations: the machine fills the cups, takes the caps from the cap dispenser and seals the cups.
Manual operations: the operator feeds the machine with cups, eliminates the sealed cups and applies the production date.

CHEESE MANUFACTURING VAT

Capacity: - 500...3000 l

It pasteurizes the milk at 65°C, cools it to the intended temperature, stirs the milk, obtains the curd, cuts and minces the curd to obtain the cheese. Type of vat: open or closed, cylindrical or oval shaped, vertical, with double wall to recirculate the heating and the cooling agents.

Components: - the vat is provided with:
      - mechanized stirring, cutting and mincing system;
      - variable speed motor (6 rpm - 26 rpm);
      - outlet connection DN 80 mm;
- service frame; - flexible hose with insertion (3 m);

CURD SEPARATOR

It separates the whey from the curd.
Components: cylindrical screen, whey collecting tank, whey pump.

Tank volume: - 300 l

MULTIPURPOSE PNEUMATIC PRESS

It is used to distribute the curd in forms, to pneumatically press the curd to eliminate the whey.

PNEUMATIC PRESS

The pneumatic press is made in stainless steel, horizontal, and presses the cheese pieces to eliminate the whey. It is provided with 10 pressing lines, distributed in 5 vertical levels. Each line has independent pneumatic drive.


The press is provided with automation elements which control the process parameters (pressure, time).

CONTINUOUS CHEESE FORMING PLANT

Output: - 300 kg/h

The plant minces the cheese, scalds it, forms and cuts the pieces of cheese or Mozzarella at different weights (200...2000 g).
The cheese is scalded and kneaded in a hot brine bath, at temperatures of 75-85ºC.
The scalding temperature is automated controlled.

IMMERSION TANK

It is used to shrink the plastic film on the vacuum packed cheese pieces.

Volume: - 70 l
Operating temperature: - 85-90ºC
The water is heated by electric resistors.

SPREAD CHEESE MANUFACTURING UNIT

The unit cuts, minces and heats the mixture, homogenizes it, exhausts the undesirable smells and evacuates the finished product.

Volume: - 50...160 l
Heating agent: - 95-98ºC hot water or steam

CHEESE BRINING TANK

The tank is parallelepiped shaped, manufactured in stainless steel, provided with lids, cooling serpentine (with ice-water), with outlet connection with screen and hose nipple.

BUTTER CHURN

It transforms cream into butter, by churning and mixing.

Volume: - 160 l
Type: - polyhedron, provided with sight glass, protection device and control panel.

CIP PLANT

It is used for the automatic cleaning, rinsing and disinfection of the milk tanks, pasteurizing plants and of all the pipes circuits in milk processing plants.

Components: - tanks for: -cleaning solutions (acid or basic); capacity 500...2000 l; - rinsing water buffer; capacity 1000...3000 l; - plate heat exchanger; - recirculation pumps for cleaning and rinsing solutions; - metering pumps for cleaning agents; electric and automation plant;

CRATES WASHING MACHINE

Used to wash with basic solution and to rinse the collective packaging (plastic crates).
